Wild Rice has been eaten by native communites for millenia andhas a lot to be appreciated for in terms of nutrition. Like conventional rice, it is a gluten-free carbohydrate. It’s also a viable source of protein, as well as dietary fibre and amino acids. It has significant amounts of B-vitamins, as well as several minerals, such as zinc, manganese, phosphorus, and magnesium. It is also considered a high antioxidant food.
Wild Rice beds take some effort to form in wet/watterlogged areas of your garden or large ponds but once established will produce reliable harvests each season.

Sowing Guide
- Seeds require a period of cold stratification
- Mix the seeds with some damp compost in a ziplock bag
- Use rainwater rather tap water wherever possible
- Place in fridge for 8-12 weeks
- After cold stratification spread the seeds on a pot or tray of damp compost
- Cover with about 2cm of damp compost
- Carry on growing in the pot - do not transplant
- Established plants can go out into your chosen water body in spring
- Do not remove the plants from the pot - place the entire pot under the water as you would with water-lily in a pond etc

Perfect for Nightstand Setup!
Color: Black, Size: 6FT (2U1C)
I use this desk clamp power strip on my nightstand, and it’s been a fantastic upgrade. The clamp design keeps it securely in place without taking up surface space, and the 5 AC outlets + 3 USB ports are super convenient for charging my phone, tablet, lamp, and other devices all in one spot.
The build feels sturdy, and the surge protection gives me peace of mind. It’s great for keeping cords organized and easily accessible—especially helpful in a bedroom where outlets are limited. Highly recommend for anyone looking to tidy up their charging area!

Very handy to keep cords off the floor near a table or night stand
Color: Black, Size: 6FT (2U1C)
This is great for keeping cords off the floor near a nightstand or table. I have a small table lamp and phone charger plugged into it. When I travel, it's easy to unplug the phone charger without having to fish up a power strip from behind the night stand.

Holds on to table well, every port works
Color: Black, Size: 6FT (2U1C)
I wanted a charging station on my end table and didn't want to buy a new end table. This works great, Stays firm where I clamped it, and unlike my power strips in the past, every plug and port work. Highly recommend.
